From the ICV ATV Club INC. Monthly meeting.
The secretary and treasurers reports were read and accepted.
Old Business:
The Club rode in the Scottdale and Mt Pleasant Glass Parades.
A total of 35 members participated.
New tickets are being distributed (See Bonnie Wiltrout)
Karen Gross has been doing the updates on the web site she now has a
password.
Mark Lynch (president) has negotiated a new lease with the parking area
landowners. He has saved the club 500.00 in pro-rated issues.
New Business:
The club will be participating in the Scottdale Halloween Parade.
Signs for Pa Clean ways are being put up Mark has made arrangements for the
supervisors to put the signage up at 2 locations.
Pa Clean ways and moving days: Neil’s run Rd: Bob, Nancy and Bill will do it.
Wash Run on Nov 3 @10 am @ the old club parking lot.
This will be followed by a trailer and concession move @2 PM.
Mines and meadows trip was discussed as well as buying a porta-john.
The Club will be selling a new 6 month trial membership at the cost of $39.00 for
new members Starting at the open house on November 11th.
The ICV club picnic and open house will be Nov 11th. The cost for non-
members is 10.00 per rider. Ride starts between the hours of 8:30 to 11:30.
Nomination for officers for "08" were held and will continue through Dec.
50/50 won by the Wiltrout family.
